The Devil Tree

This is the first of a series of small ink and brush drawings called The Devil Tree. The drawings are 10″ x 7″ on 140lb Arches hotpress paper. I’m not sure how many drawings will be in the series at this point. I letting my enthusiasm dictate that decision but there will be a few. I’ll post them here as they are finished.

For the last few days I’ve been working on my novel The Red Lamprey, one of two I have on the go. I shelved RL a few months ago because of workload and I am glad I did because I’m really feeling good about writing it now. The story seems to be finding its own way. Hopefully I’ll have it finished in a few weeks.
