Tree Hoppers

I remember a thorny rosebush I walked by in kindergarten that had these tree hopper guys camouflaged as thorns (the thorn shape grew out from their backs.) I haven’t seen them since and wasn’t able to research them because I didn’t know the name “tree hopper” until now. I just came here the catch up on your excellent work but im glad I know how to look for pictures of those guys, about 34 years later.
